The staff was really charming, the room was welcoming. Marvellous breakfast, amazing service. The snack bar in the hotel had lots of good cocktails, liquors, wines and beers throughout the day.
Well, the views were nothing special here.

Perfectly clean and original accom with perfect location just off the Botanic Gardens and supermarkets. Beds were great, room was cosy with a particularly nice view. Copthorne Hotel bus station was close to the property.

Was a nice place for weekend. Everything was really good, loved our real good stay. Continental breakfast, fab food. Staff was very careful can provide additional tips upon request. Great walkable location at walking distance from fear factory queenstown. Lovely lobby.

this is family friendly and quite clean hotel with fully equipped rooms and affable staff. need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like rata that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
